• Booking & Payment Terms

•     Securing Your Date: A Refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your spot on the calendar. Once received, I will contact you directly to discuss a scheduled date and time.

•   

•  Pre-Project Expenses: Before work begins, you will receive a payment link for the total cost of materials, permits, and disposal fees. These funds must be processed in full before materials are purchased or the project commences.

•   

•  Final Balance: The remaining balance, including labor costs and any additional  materials, is due immediately upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon.

1. Scope of Work

    Definition: This quote is based on a visual inspection of the project. Any hidden issues (e.g., mold behind a wall, faulty wiring not previously disclosed) discovered during the work will be discussed and quoted separately.

    Changes: Any requests for additional work outside this original scope will be treated as a "Change Order" and billed at my standard hourly rate of $90.

2. Pricing & Payment

    Quote Validity: This quote is valid for 10 days from the date issued.

    Deposits: A deposit of $25 is required for all projects to secure your spot on the calendar.

    Materials: Material costs are  billed separately and due 72 hours priro to project's start.

    Final Payment: Due immediately upon completion of the work.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    I value your time and ask that you value mine. Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $25 service fee.

4. Homeowner Responsibilities

    Access: Please ensure someone is available to let me in or provide a gate/lockbox code at the scheduled time.

    Workspace: Please clear the work area of breakables, pets, and furniture before I arrive.

    HOA: Homeowner is responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals.

5. Warranty & Liability

    Workmanship: I stand by my work. I provide a [e.g., 90-day] warranty on labor.

    Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer-supplied materials that fail, or damage caused by misuse.

    Insurance: I am fully insured for general liability to give you peace of mind while I'm on your property.
